How alcohol delivery works in Dubai, from order to your door
Step by step: choosing your drinks, what to show the courier, how to pay and how long it takes.

Ordering alcohol in Dubai takes a couple of minutes, with no shop hunting and no traffic. Here is how it works.
1. Choose your drinks
The shop has beer, wine, champagne and spirits, plus ice and mixers. Planning a party? A ready-made pack is easier: everything is already chosen, ice included.
2. Place the order
Add your name, phone or WhatsApp number, area and address (building, apartment or villa). Use the notes for anything that helps the courier find you: lobby code, parking level, a landmark.
You can also order straight on WhatsApp. Just tell us what you'd like and we'll confirm.
3. Confirmation
We contact you to confirm the items and timing. If something is out of stock, we suggest an alternative.
4. Delivery and age check
Your drinks travel chilled. The courier must check that the person receiving the order is 21 or over, so have your passport or Emirates ID ready. Without ID the order cannot be handed over; that's the law.
5. Payment
Pay on delivery, in cash or by card to the courier. No online prepayment.
Where we deliver
We cover all of Dubai: Dubai Marina, JBR, Downtown, Business Bay, JLT, Palm Jumeirah and more. See the full list and fees on the delivery page.
